Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2-3 working days unless otherwise stated on the website. Orders received after 4pm will not start to be processed until the next working day. Please note weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days. As a family run business, if we are closed due to holiday or family commitments, this will be announced on our homepage as dispatch may be delayed

Free Local Delivery

We offer free 2-3 day delivery to all SO40 and SO45 postcodes. Please enter your postcode at the checkout to qualify for free delivery. An email or text will be sent to confirm your delivery window. Please note, the delivery will need to be accepted as we are not able to leave parcels in a safe place

Domestic Shipping Options

Royal Mail Second Class Signed For - £4.20

• Aims to deliver in 2-3 days after dispatch including Saturdays

Royal Mail First Class Signed For - £4.85

• Aims to deliver the next working day including Saturdays

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm - £7.50

• Aims to deliver the next working day before 1pm

Free Royal Mail Second Class Signed For Delivery on all orders over £75

Refunds and Returns

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition - we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return
